Certifiable Twat Waffle Vik Kuletski Tries To Apologize (Again) And Fails (Again)

Yesterday we had a story about bigoted fuckstick Vik Kuletski, owner/founder of Vik Guitars, and how his insensitive comments towards gay/lesbian/transgender individuals put almost the entire metal community into an collective uproar against his intolerant remarks.

He had already tried to apologize once, yet in that apology he totally missed the point and spat out yet another insult towards those who are LGBT.

Well, it gets even better worse:

Kuletski's failed apology #2

Okay, Vik. Someone should explain to you that it's not so much your initial remark that bothered us the most - it's the fact that you continually and repeatedly purport to not "like" or "approve" of people that are gay.

No one is saying you are Hitler incarnate, or that you wish ill treatment upon homosexuals, bisexuals or transgenders. To say that you don't "like" someone's lifestyle is called "passing judgement", something most of the more evangelical Christians seem to love doing (and something you even deny doing at all.. a contradiction if ever I heard one).

In case you weren't aware, people do not like to be judged by others. It doesn't really matter if you're gay, straight, man, woman, Christian or Pagan - nobody appreciates being judged or looked down upon for simply living their life and pursuing their own happiness.

Seeing as how I'm pretty sure Vik Kuletski isn't appreciating all the negative judgement being exacted on him, it should be obvious at this point why we're all so pissed.

Secondly, nobody is gay because they want you to like them. They're gay because it's what makes them happy. Happiness is hard enough to come by, especially when you're part of a minority or alternative lifestyle as you're likely to deal with negative comments, discrimination, and even threats and violence.

So when we find something that does make us happy and does not harm anyone else, it should be embraced and accepted - even if it's not your bag, baby.

And if it's not your thing, then it's not your thing. Whatever floats your goddamn boat. Just keep your negative opinions to yourself, because it serves only to cause hurt feelings and anger.

You'd be much better off keeping an open mind and treating everyone with equal respect, unless being miserable and alone is something you're into.

Anyway, the point is, if you're going to dislike a person or group of people, you'd better have a damn good reason. Being gay is not one of them.

What a beautiful world it would be if everyone, everywhere finally realized that love is sacred and resplendent, no matter what form it takes.

Here you go, Vik Kuletski. I proofread and corrected a sentence in your apology since you clearly don't know what you're doing:

"Live your lives the way you see fit for yourself but don't expect everyone to embrace your choices and fuck what anyone else thinks as long as it feels right to you."

You're welcome.
